Responsibilities

• Support the company’s LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including routers, hubs, switches, AP, WLC
• Configure networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes
• Perform root cause analysis
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed
• Define processes and ensure that the processes are adhered to
• Oversee and ensure the successful completion of installation, configuration and migration
• Upgrade network by coordinating with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements
• Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA
• Understanding of multi‑geo support environment
• Responsible for building / maintaining a test environment
• Improve and maintain customer and employee satisfaction
• Suggest new technologies and design changes
• Monitor and maintain SLA requirements by the team members
• Conduct testing, auditing, and process reviews as required from time to time
• Identify skill gaps and plan for training / knowledge updating

Technical Requirements

• Cisco L3 & L2 Switches
• Experience with C2960, 3560, 3850, C9300, C9200, C9500
• Experience with Cisco Nexus 9K/7K/5K/2K Series switches
• Understand Meraki Wireless thoroughly
• Expert on Routing Protocols BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
• Expert on Cisco ASA FW (5505, 5515), FPR all models
• Understand SDWAN – Silverpeak
• Expert on Cisco IOS & IOS‑XE Software and NX‑OS Software
• Knowledge of advanced switching concepts would be advantageous
• Wireless LAN technologies – Cisco and Aruba or Extreme
• Excellent hands‑on experience configuring IPSec tunnels (site‑to‑site and remote)
• Network management tools – SolarWinds, HP NNM‑i, Splunk, E‑Health
• Application load balancers (F5 Big‑IP LTM/GTM or Citrix NetScaler)
