A well-known Financial Services Company in Irving, TX (hybrid) seeks a Senior Network Engineer for a 12-month contract spanning multiple U.S. locations including Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, Minneapolis, MN, and Chandler, AZ.

Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Senior Network Engineer in Irving, TX. Charlotte, NC. Raliegh, NC. Minneapolis, MN. or Chandler, AZ. (Hybrid).

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing LAN/WAN/Datacenter solutions for large enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of experience with IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, Static), specializing in implementing DDoS mitigation strategies and configuring ACLs in a large enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of Network Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, military experience, education.
• 3+ years of experience with configuration of routing and switching latest platforms and solutions - Cisco Nexus and/or Arista product line.
• Operational and technical knowledge of network security controls including ACLs, VRF’s, DDoS Virtual Connect, etc

Desired Skills

• CCNA, CCNP/DP or CCIE Certification preferred - Datacenter.
• Demonstrated skill with creating and/or updating technical design documentation used by engineering teams.
• Experience with scripting YAML/Python/Ansible/GITHUB
• Experience working in a Product/Agile environment utilizing Atlassian Jira products.
• Experience and familiarity with Change control processes - Service Now
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio Professional Ability to make decisions quickly in a high-volume hosting environment.
• Ability to solve complex problems and analyze issues.
• Ability to coordinate, document and drive flawless execution.
