Wipro Technologies in Hopkinsville, KY, is seeking a Network Data Admin to design, implement and support complex Cisco-based networks across WAN/LAN and data centers. You will triage priority incidents, resolve P2/P3 tickets within SLAs, and drive service improvements with root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

CCNP/CCIE certification required.
Hands-on experience with Cisco routers/switches in enterprise networks.
Strong knowledge of WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, and data center technologies.

Responsibilities

Triage and resolve high priority incident tickets (P2) and P3 within SLAs.
Create logs of incidents and document root causes to support mitigation.
Fulfil software/hardware/network service requests within agreed timelines.
Monitor SLA timelines across incident lifecycle and participate in reviews.
Create and present change requests with rollback plans, and implement approved changes.
Analyze incidents to support root cause analysis and service improvements.
Identify patterns to reduce repeat incidents and contribute to mitigation actions.
