Job Description

• 8+ years of experience in network engineering or network operations within enterprise or service provider environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
  • Layer 2/Layer 3 networking (VLANs, STP, trunking)
  • WAN/LAN environments and customer edge (CPE) devices
• Experience executing and supporting network changes in controlled environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot network issues and support incident resolution workflows.
• Experience working in multi-team operational environments (NOC, engineering, service delivery).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Certification Requirements (Preferred / Strongly Recommended)

At least one of the following (or equivalent experience):

• Cisco Certifications:CCNA, CCNP, or higher
• SD-WAN Platforms / Certifications:Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), Fortinet, VMware (Velocloud)
• Juniper Certifications:JNCIA, JNCIS, or higher (Junos-based environments)

Equivalent hands-on experience with Cisco IOS/XE, SD-WAN platforms, or Junos may be considered in lieu of formal certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting managed network services (routers, switches, or similar).
• Familiarity with:
  • Change management processes
  • Incident and escalation handling
  • Network monitoring tools (SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow)

Mandatory Skills: Network Data Admin.Experience: 3-5 Years. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
