Job summary

Barbaricum is seeking a Network and Cybersecurity Support Specialist to provide IT and cybersecurity support for DoD programs. The position is primarily located at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD, with occasional support at other CONUS locations.

The role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 10 years of relevant experience in IT, networking, and cybersecurity. You will help install, maintain, and secure enterprise and laboratory systems while supporting

Responsibilities

• Provide network administration, IT, and cybersecurity support for DoD programs.
• Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade servers and workstations.
• Maintain secure network infrastructure and standalone systems.
• Apply security patches and ensure system compliance.
• Coordinate equipment installation and system commissioning.
• Document network architecture and security artifacts.
