Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Network Communications Engineer III to support an Intelligence Community customer across WAN/LAN/CAN networks. The role emphasizes COMSEC account management, encryption device configuration, and security compliance. Travel up to 25% across the Continental US is required.

A TS/SCI clearance and DOD 8570 IAT2 certification are required. The candidate will develop system specifications, risk strategies, and test plans while maintaining detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• DOD 8570 IAT2 level certification.
• Active TS/SCI clearance, eligible for CI polygraph.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain secure communication devices across the Enterprise.
• Provide cryptographic support to customers across the Enterprise.
• Configure and maintain encryption devices (KG, KG245, KG142, KIV-7M).
• Maintain accurate accounting records and inventory of CCI materials.
• Coordinate maintenance, monitoring and installation of WAN/LAN environments.
• Develop and execute test plans for configuration upgrades.
• Evaluate new network technologies to enhance capacity, performance and reliability.
• Follow government security processes and ensure compliance.
