HCSC in the United States is seeking a Contract Manager to lead and optimize contract development across our professional and ancillary networks. You will oversee revisions, standardization, and timely updates while coordinating with stakeholders and the legal team.
The role requires hands-on contract document experience, knowledge of health insurance products (HMO/PPO), and strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid opportunity that will work from the office 3 days a week. Must live in a commutable distance to the listed office.

This position is responsible for providing project leadership in developing, reviewing, revising, updating, and maintaining all standard contracts for the professional and ancillary networks across our 5‑State plans. Functions include maintaining the central repository of electronic contracts on the shared drive, ensuring all provider contracts are updated timely and consistently according to corporate policy, BCBSA rules, and state and federal regulatory agencies, and ensuring all professional and ancillary network agreements are consistent for all products (HMO, PPO, traditional/par). This person will work closely with the legal counsel within HCSC.
