Dynamic Integrated Services seeks a hands-on Network & Infrastructure Architect/Engineer in the Washington, DC area to architect both OCI and on‑prem networks for a healthcare‑focused EHR integration ecosystem. The role emphasizes secure connectivity, end‑to‑end visibility for HL7/FHIR workflows, and inter‑team collaboration.

The ideal candidate will design scalable network patterns, implement comprehensive logging with OCI, Splunk, and CrowdStrike, and drive metrics, alerts, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in network or infrastructure engineering.
• 5+ years in cloud networking with hands-on OCI experience.
• Experience deploying observability platforms and centralized logging.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain OCI VCN architectures and on‑prem connectivity.
• Configure comprehensive logging across HL7/FHIR interfaces, network, assets, and security.
• Deploy monitoring and alerting with Grafana/Prometheus and integrate with SIEM/SOAR.
• Apply Zero Trust controls and IAM integration for secure access.
• Produce documentation and diagrams (Visio) of DMM network infrastructure.
