Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Sr. Network and Automation Engineer to lead automation initiatives across data center networks. You will design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks, IaC, and workflows to improve provisioning, configuration management, and compliance.

You will work with Python/PowerShell, APIs, and orchestration tools while mentoring teams and aligning with security standards. This remote role, based in the U.S., offers a competitive base salary and annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of network automation and IaC.
• Experience with API-driven network management and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain network automation solutions for provisioning, config management, and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain IaC and automation frameworks using Python, PowerShell, or equivalent.
• Create automated workflows for deployments, upgrades, lifecycle management, and remediation.
• Integrate network infra with CMDBs, ITSM tools, and enterprise platforms.
• Develop standards, templates, and reusable libraries for consistency across networks.
• Implement automated compliance and configuration validation per security standards.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of automation platforms and tools.
• Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and improve service delivery.
• Maintain documentation for automation frameworks and procedures.
• Mentor engineers on automation best practices and DevOps methods.
