Job summary

Applied Network Solutions, Inc. seeks a Sr. Automation Engineer (Networks) to join our Denver team. You will lead NSO automation efforts, integrate network devices, and develop Python scripts to streamline operations in a DoD-focused environment.

The role requires TS/SCI with polygraph, extensive experience (16+ years with a mix of education/work), and strong Linux (RHEL) and networking expertise. On-site Denver work with competitive compensation and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
16 years of combined work and education experience.
DoD 8140 IAT Level 2 compliance.
Experience installing and maintaining NSO in network infra.
Develop automation scripts in Python, Java, or similar.
Regular system maintenance, patching and backups.
Collaborate across architecture, development, and operations.

Responsibilities

Plan, analyze, design, develop, test, secure, integrate, implement, operate, and maintain custom ANS solutions.
Install, configure, and maintain NSO and related network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot complex network and service deployment issues.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Collaborate with network architects, software developers, and operations teams.
