Job summary

Fervo Energy is seeking a Senior Network Architect to serve as the technical authority for network strategy across corporate IT, hybrid cloud, and operating sites. You will own the long-term direction, governance, and lifecycle strategy for the network domain, ensuring secure, resilient, scalable enterprise and OT environments.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery of critical implementations.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or similar, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years in network engineering and architecture with enterprise-scale experience.
Expert-level Fortinet Security Fabric knowledge and Cisco integration experience.
Experience owning hybrid cloud network architecture in Azure or AWS.
Proven leadership in SASE/SD-WAN platform strategy and network modernization.

Responsibilities

Own the enterprise-wide network strategy across corporate, cloud, WAN, and OT environments.
Define governance for Fortinet Security Fabric and CI/CD-driven changes.
Lead critical deployments, incident response, and complex troubleshooting across Fortinet and Cisco infrastructure.
Set standards for routing, switching, VPN, QoS, and high availability.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, and site teams to align IT/OT networks.
