Job summary
LPL Financial seeks a Senior Network Engineer to join the Datacenter Network Engineering team in Tempe, AZ. You will design, engineer, and operate LAN/WAN and hybrid data center environments to deliver scalable, secure networking solutions for our advisors and clients.
This role demands extensive Cisco experience with data center core networking, ACI/Nexus, and cloud integration. You will lead network projects, mentor teammates, and participate in on-call rotations while driving continuous
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Data Center Core Network Engineering and Architecture in a Cisco-centric environment.
- Experience with Cisco NDO & ACI, Nexus, and Catalyst.
- Experience in large transformation programs and Data Center migration/Hybrid Cloud Networking.
Responsibilities
- Engineer and architect Data Center, Cloud, and LAN/WAN networking solutions.
- Configure and deploy on-premise and cloud-based networking technologies.
- Own the network domain as part of the DR strategy.
- Design, deploy, and manage WAN (MPLS, DIA, SD-WAN).
- Collaborate with multiple teams and mentor engineers.
- Participate in on-call rotations and drive continuous improvement.
