Job summary

Presidio is seeking an experienced Architect to design, implement, and troubleshoot secure data and wireless networks for medium to large environments in Florida. You will lead project-based engineering efforts, coordinate installation, and ensure a premier client experience while traveling up to 30%.

Required: 7+ years in network engineering and design, Cisco-based firewall/VPN and routing/switching proficiency, and cloud networking experience (AWS/Azure). CCIE or equal certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in network engineering and design.
• Cloud networking experience (AWS or Azure).
• 3+ years delivering projects for a VAR/Integrator.
• Cisco firewalls/VPNs and routing/switching expertise.
• Wireless networking experience with Cisco as a must.
• CCIE or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the implementation of secure network solutions.
• Project-based engineering, installation and troubleshooting of data/security networks.
• Routing, switching, and security configuration and deployment in medium to large environments.
• Wireless configuration and deployment in medium to large environments.
• Provide network engineering consulting, assessment and implementation.
• Develop design documentation and oversee implementation to customer acceptance.
• Deliver services that offer an exceptional client experience.
