Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior Network Engineer for the Boston region to lead multi‑site data and security network projects from design through customer acceptance. The role requires hands‑on engineering, architecture, and consultative delivery with cross‑functional teams.

You will work on planning, implementation, and optimization of enterprise networks, SD‑WAN deployments, and security solutions while coordinating with Sales, Pre‑Sales, and Project Management to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex multi‑protocol routing and switching.

Responsibilities

• Perform project-based engineering, design, staging, installation, validation, testing, and troubleshooting of data/security networks.
• Lead complex, large-scale Network and Security projects.
• Create low-level detailed designs that align with business strategy and budget.
• Conduct network discoveries.
• Perform Network and Security assessments.
• Present documentation and engagement deliverables to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre‑Sales, and Project Management.
• Resolve complex issues and mentor junior engineers.
• Execute network maintenance MOP on-site and remotely.
