Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support a multi-site enterprise network spanning on‑prem, Azure Commercial, and Azure GCC High, with a strong emphasis on security and compliance.

This hybrid role reports to the Herndon, VA office, requiring 24/7 on‑call coverage and an active Secret clearance, plus expertise in Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, GlobalProtect, and Azure networking while documenting solutions for cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise networks across multi-site environments.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure network architectures across sites and cloud environments.
• Lead network strategy for LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and Azure connectivity.
• Architect and optimize Meraki and Cisco-based networks.
• Provide Tier 3 support and incident response for complex network issues.
