The Network and AV Administrator is responsible for the reliability, security, and ongoing operation of network, internet connectivity, power systems, and audiovisual technology. The role’s primary duties are performed at and in support of the private residential properties; responsibilities for the Boston office are secondary and are addressed as operational needs arise.
This hands‑on role combines network administration, audiovisual support, physical infrastructure, vendor coordination, and on‑site troubleshooting. The position requires a flexible technical professional who is comfortable moving between strategic infrastructure work and immediate operational needs.
This is a new, full‑time position reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology. The Network and AV Administrator works closely with the Executive Support team to provide primary technology support across the residential properties and partners with the Properties team on secondary infrastructure and facilities‑related responsibilities at the Boston office.
