Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, data and analytics, or healthcare operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM; system builds or testing a plus.
• Strong analytical ability; interpret data trends and identify gaps.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end roster operations and ensure contract accuracy before submission.
• Build expertise across markets, payer relationships, and provider hierarchies.
• Maintain and audit roster data across Salesforce, SharePoint, and related systems.
• Collaborate with Tech and Ops to integrate roster data into Salesforce and drive system design.
• Identify and redesign inefficient workflows; drive adoption and consistent execution.
• Support onboarding of new practices and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
