Belay Technologies seeks a Network Analyst to join our intel team in Columbia, MD. Ideal candidates have NSA data repository experience and front-end collection system exposure (e.g., AST-557, Packet Raptor, AST-128).

You will analyze non-IP networks, perform data processing tasks with scripting, and collaborate with Signals and Protocol analysts to deliver integrated solutions. Qualifications include TS/SCI with polygraph, experience with Wireshark/Renoir, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Authorized TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Experience with NSA data repositories and front-end collection systems.
• Network analysis experience including non-IP networks and telecom protocols.
• Scripting ability in Perl or Python or equivalent.
• Experience with Wireshark and/or Renoir; familiarity with telecom standards (ITU-T/RFCs).
• Strong teamwork to coordinate with analysts and developers.
• Strong technical writing to articulate requirements to developers and vendors.
