Job summary

Belay Technologies is seeking a Network Analyst to join our intel team in the Baltimore/Washington area. The candidate will work with NSA data repositories and collection front-end systems such as AST-557 and Packet Raptor, diagnosing protocols and supporting analysts across disciplines.

Qualified candidates will have TS/SCI with polygraph and experience with network analysis, scripting, and technical writing. Belay offers extensive benefits and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience in network analysis including non-IP networks and network management systems.
• Basic scripting skills in Perl or Python.
• Experience using Wireshark or Renoir.
• Familiarity with ITU-T Recommendations and IETF RFCs.
• Strong teamwork with analysts, hardware developers, and intelligence analysts.
• Strong technical writing to articulate requirements to developers and vendors.
• Experience with NSA data repositories such as BLACKPEARL and XKEYSCORE.
• Experience operating collection front-end systems like AST-557 and Packet Raptor.
• Ability to diagnose network protocols using NSA analysis tools.
