Job summary

Belay Technologies seeks a Network Analyst to join our intel team in Columbia, MD. Ideal candidates have NSA data repository experience and front-end collection system exposure (e.g., AST-557, Packet Raptor, AST-128).

You will analyze non-IP networks, perform data processing tasks with scripting, and collaborate with Signals and Protocol analysts to deliver integrated solutions. Qualifications include TS/SCI with polygraph, experience with Wireshark/Renoir, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

Belay Technologies is seeking a Network Analyst to join our intel team. The candidate should have Experience with NSA data repositories XKEYSCORE, DX, etc., along with experience in operation collection front-end systems such as the AST-557, Packet Raptor, AST-128, etc..

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Experience in network analysis including non-IP networks, telecommunications, network management systems and network management protocols
• Basic data processing skills (scripting in PERL, PYTHON, etc. or equivalent capability)
• Basic data processing skills (scripting in PERL, PYTHON, etc. or equivalent capability)
• Experience using Wireshark and/or Renoir
• Experience in researching and using telecommunications standards (ITU-T Recommendations and IEFT RFCs)
• Strong teaming skills to work with other technical disciplines to include signals analysts, protocol analysts, hardware developers, and intelligence analysts
• Strong technical writing skills to articulate requirements to ANR developers as well as developers in other organizations including vendors
• Experience with NSA data repositories BLACKPEARL, XKEYSCORE, NKB, etc.
• Experience in operating collection front-end systems such as the AST-557, Packet Raptor, AST-128, etc.
• Able to diagnose a network protocol using the outputs of standard NSA signals and protocol analysis tools (WIRESHARK, DVT, TAROTCARD, etc.)

Salary Range: $164,000 to $200,000
