Job summary

DLS Engineering is seeking a Network Administrator III (WAN) for a full-time, on-site role in Montgomery, AL, supporting the Air Force Intranet Control (AFINC) program. You will manage and defend DoD networks, including routers, switches, proxies, firewalls, and SANs, in classified and unclassified environments.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of enterprise networking experience, IAT-II and CCNA certifications, and an active secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience administering enterprise networks: routers, switches, load balancers, and SDN desired.
• IAT-II and CCNA certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and simulate network traffic to aid in problem resolution or test updated configurations in lab environments.
• Monitor system utilization and circuit bandwidth; report anomalies to Government team leads.
• Develop, execute, modify or remove scripts to automate tasks where possible.
• Review and document workload activities per incident or change request to avoid re-work and aid audits.
