Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems/Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of networking experience.
• Strong knowledge of network routing protocols and enterprise wireless systems.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot networking equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operational support, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of corporate network and network devices across local and remote sites.
• Determines network requirements, designs solutions, installs and integrates new or replacement network hardware and software.
• Monitors network performance and responds to network incidents and outages.
• Works with IT Architects to aid in design, implementation, and continual improvement of infrastructure.
• Trains IT Support Technicians on how to troubleshoot basic or common network issues.
