Soni Resources is seeking a Senior Network Administrator to design, implement, and manage our clients network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and scalability. This role involves configuring and maintaining network hardware/software, monitoring performance, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting enterprise-level projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco systems (Nexus, ISE) and Fortinet FortiGate firewalls.
• Manage cloud networking (Azure) and BIG-IP F5 load balancers, including WAF.
• Optimize routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and evaluate new technologies (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Juniper).
• Ensure system security, scalability, and documentation compliance.
• Mentor junior team members and lead network-related projects.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with enterprise network solutions and Ansible for automation (a plus).
• Effective communicator, capable of prioritizing tasks and resolving escalated issues.
• Hybrid: Remote 2 days/week (after 90 days).
• Must occasionally lift equipment (up to 75 lbs).

Compensation: $115,000 annually

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
