Job summary

ŌURA is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Supply Chain to lead NetSuite design and onboarding for 3PL/carriers, ensuring seamless go-lives and reliable fulfillment. You will drive data quality and implement an integrated supply chain visibility platform to give stakeholders real-time shipment and inventory insight.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations, incl. 3+ years designing and configuring NetSuite ERP.
• Proven experience building and supporting EDI integrations between NetSuite and external partners.
• Experience designing NetSuite solutions, including OneWorld/multi-subsidiary environments, that scale.
• Working knowledge of TMS systems and planning tech related to NetSuite workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate designs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Uses LLM assistants daily for requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead NetSuite-side design for onboarding new 3PL and carriers, meeting go-live commitments.
• Drive data maturity to support trusted, single-source-of-truth reporting.
• Own integration of a new global supply chain visibility platform for real-time tracking.
• Design and implement integration for a global reverse logistics partner for returns processing.
