Job summary

Alamar Biosciences is seeking a highly motivated NetSuite Specialist to join our Operations & Supply Chain team. You will maintain NetSuite data accuracy and support MRP, WMS, BOM revisions, routing, inventory, and procurement workflows.

The role requires 5+ years with NetSuite, ISO 13485 and GMP experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment. Base salary ranges from 140,000 to 160,000 USD plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree in a relevant field; CPIM or similar certification.
  • Experience in planning and supply chain management.
  • 5+ years of NetSuite experience; proficiency with custom searches, reports, and automation scripts.
  • Experience in ISO 13485 and GMP environments.
  • Strong team player who can work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the NetSuite subject matter expert supporting day-to-day operations across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance.
  • Maintain data integrity across core NetSuite records including Items, BOMs, Routings, Work Orders, Inventory, and Vendors.
  • Support the rollout, configuration, and ongoing optimization of NetSuite modules including MRP, WMS, and Advanced Manufacturing.
  • Own routine system maintenance activities such as parameter updates, master data uploads, and validation checks.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate operational requirements into scalable NetSuite processes and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot transactional and system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain standard reports, saved searches, and dashboards to support operational visibility and decision-making.
  • Support process documentation, SOP development, and user training related to NetSuite workflows.
  • Assist with system testing, enhancements, and integrations to support business growth and operational maturity.

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented NetSuite Specialist to join our Operations & Supply Chain team. This role will play a critical part in maintaining system accuracy, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the successful rollout and ongoing management of NetSuite modules, including MRP, WMS, BOM Revisions, Routing, Inventory, and Procurement workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA or BSdegree in a relevant field, CPIM or similar certification.
  • Experience in planning and supply chain management.
  • 5+ Prior experience with NetSuite required. Preferred experience creating custom search/reports, configure workflow, and develop script for automation.
  • Experience in ISO 13485 and GMP environment.
  • Strong team player and self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 - $160,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The ranges displayed on each job posting reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries but are subject to change if the leveling of the role is adjusted.
