MrBeast seeks a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to architect the ERP backbone for our global operations. You will lead NetSuite enhancements, drive integration with Ramp, Production Accounting, and E‑Commerce, and ensure data integrity across multi‑entity environments.

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Finance Systems Analyst to lead the strategic evolution of our Enterprise Resource Planning. You won’t just be maintaining a system; you will be architecting the digital backbone of our global operations.
You will serve as the technical lead for our CPG Supply Chain, Spend Management (Ramp), and Production Accounting ecosystems, ensuring our high-growth business remains scalable, automated, and data-transparent.
This role is responsible for leading system architecture, integration strategy, automation oversight, and hands‑on execution within Oracle NetSuite. You will collaborate cross‑functionally to align system capabilities with long‑term business goals, manage ecosystem integrations, and ensure financial and operational accuracy across multi‑entity environments.
You will balance high‑level strategy with direct system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
Lead the design and implementation of complex Oracle NetSuite enhancements and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align system capabilities with long‑term business goals
Architect end‑to‑end solutions for complex supply chain requirements, including multi‑warehouse inventory management, landed cost tracking, and manage omni‑channel customer requirements within Oracle NetSuite
Manage the high‑level integration strategy between Oracle NetSuite, Ramp, Production Accounting, and E‑Commerce platforms ensuring robust sync logic for multi‑entity accounting and global spend visibility
Serve as the technical lead for large‑scale implementations, system migrations, or third‑party integrations (WMS, EDI, etc.), managing timelines and vendor relationships
Utilize SuiteFlow to build complex business logic and scope requirements for SuiteScript while managing complex workflows within the Oracle NetSuite environment
Perform hands‑on system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support
Maintain IT General Controls (ITGCs) within the ERP environment, specifically overseeing Access Management, Change Management, and Computer Operations to ensure audit readiness
Implement rigorous validation rules to protect data integrity
6-10 years of hands‑on Oracle NetSuite administration and analysis
Professional certification (ERP Consultant or Administrator) strongly preferred
Proven experience managing global supply chains within Oracle NetSuite, including experience with international shipping, customs, and work order management
Extensive experience optimizing Ramp (or similar AP / T&E platform) specifically for high‑volume, multi‑entity environments integrated with Oracle NetSuite
Strong understanding of GAAP, month‑end close processes, and how operational data flows into the general ledger
Proficiency in SQL, Saved Search Expressions, and advanced SuiteAnalytics
Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, Tines) is a major plus
Proven track record of maintaining IT General Controls (ITGCs) within an ERP environment
The target total compensation ranges from$135,700 – $170,200, including a fixed annual salary of$118,000 – $148,000, an employee equity plan grant, bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.
Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
