Job summary

Fairstead seeks a Senior NetSuite Implementation & Systems Lead to own the strategy, deployment, customization, and continuous optimization of Oracle NetSuite across finance, project accounting, and real estate functions. This senior hands-on role requires ERP expertise and deep understanding of NYC real estate workflows.

You will partner with CFO and senior leaders to shape the ERP roadmap and drive scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on NetSuite implementation and administration experience in real estate, construction, or asset-heavy industries.
• Experience leading ERP programs at a senior or principal level with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Expertise in real estate project accounting, construction cost management, fund structures, and multi-entity ownership.
• Deep experience with multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, multi-book, and intercompany NetSuite environments.
• Proven track record designing NetSuite integrations with Yardi, Procore, RealPage, or equivalents.
• NetSuite Administrator and/or ERP Consultant certification required; SuiteFoundation or SuiteCloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own NetSuite strategy, deployment, customization, and optimization across finance and real estate functions.
• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects across multiple business units and entities.
• Design core modules and custom records, saved searches, KPI dashboards for real estate metrics.
• Manage data migrations, governance, and ongoing data quality; drive change management and training.
• Oversee external partners and advise leadership on ERP roadmap.
