Job summary

Sequel Med Tech in Manchester, NH seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead NetSuite ERP configuration, maintenance, and enhancements. You will work hands-on across modules, troubleshoot issues, and partner with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and reliable operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in NetSuite ERP, expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk, and experience with integrations (MuleSoft, Workato).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Business.
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite ERP in a production environment.
• Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
• Experience with ERP integrations and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance NetSuite modules to support business operations.
• Own day-to-day system tickets, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Support upgrades, patches, and new feature releases; test and validate.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls for security/compliance.
• Customize forms, fields, records, and dashboards to meet functional needs.
• Develop saved searches, reports, dashboards for visibility.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies, integrations, and performance issues.
• Provide timely technical support to end users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors on escalations.
• Support data integrity across financials, inventory, and operations.
• Assist in NetSuite integrations with HRIS, CRM, PLM, etc.
• Utilize NetSuite APIs and tools to support data flows.
• Monitor integrations for reliability and accuracy.
