Job summary

Versant Media, LLC is seeking a NetSuite Administrator & Integration Analyst to maintain and optimize enterprise integrations across ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms. You will troubleshoot data and workflow issues, coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Fulfillment, and Marketing, and support platform migrations.

The role focuses on NetSuite and Salesforce with exposure to MuleSoft, Boomi, and automation tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, CS, business, or related field.
7+ years supporting enterprise systems, integrations, or eCommerce platforms.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
Experience with integration middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato) and APIs.
Experience with eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento) and related data workflows.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for NetSuite, Salesforce, WooCommerce, Stripe, and related platforms.
Troubleshoot system, data, and workflow issues across integrated systems.
Partner with business users to resolve operational issues affecting orders, invoicing, and reporting.
Maintain and support integrations between ERP, CRM, ecommerce, and other systems.
Support MuleSoft integrations and future platform migration initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize processes.
