Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its Oracle Services Technology practice. You will interact with business stakeholders, translate requirements into technical specs, and design effective system architectures.

You will lead complex engagements, manage client relationships, and guide cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of NetSuite experience, strong knowledge of SuiteFinancials and related modules, and a proven track record in SaaS implementations and large transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience in NetSuite modules.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and optimizing end-to-end process flows across NetSuite.
• Strong cross-functional knowledge across SuiteFinancials, SuitePeople, SuiteAnalystics, SuiteProjects, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Ability to work with both internal and external team members as a leader and individual contributor.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Lead and support pursuit and proposal activity.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
