Job summary

EY’s Oracle Services team is seeking a Senior Manager to translate business requirements into technical specifications, lead complex NetSuite-based engagements, and architect scalable system designs. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-impact cloud solutions across diverse client engagements.

You will drive cross-functional delivery, mentor staff, and manage stakeholder expectations while shaping strategic roadmaps and ensuring value realization for clients

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Typically, 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in NetSuite modules as a solution architect.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and optimizing end-to-end processes across NetSuite modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Lead and support pursuit and proposal activity.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
