Job summary

Oracle Corporation’s Advanced Customer Support team seeks a senior NetSuite ERP consultant with Construction & Energy industry expertise. The role supports asset-intensive, project-based businesses and requires travel, with home-office options across major US/Canada cities.

As part of ACS, you will guide customers on best practices in project accounting, procurement, inventory, field operations, and AI-enabled improvements, collaborating across multiple ACS teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ERP, consulting, operations, or industry domain experience.
• Strong NetSuite ERP experience.
• Experience with Construction, Energy, project-based services, or asset-intensive businesses.
• Understanding of project accounting, job costing, WIP, change orders, project billing, procurement, inventory, fixed assets, and reporting.
• 2+ years of external consulting or customer-facing advisory experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into strategic roadmaps and practical improvements.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document NetSuite value gaps using ACS methodology.
• Prioritize and remediate high-impact business process gaps.
• Advise on leading practices across project lifecycle, project accounting, WIP, and field operations.
• Define detailed functional requirements for configurations, automations, integrations, and reporting.
• Design, validate, and unit test automations and integrations with Technical Services.
• Help customers adopt AI-assisted process improvements and AI-enabled reporting.
