Job summary

Greenlight is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Systems Analyst to administer and optimize the technology stack supporting Billing, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, General Ledger, and more. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, and Security to implement automations and integrations using NetSuite and other tools.

You will own system configurations, participate in month-end close, and strengthen ITGC controls while ensuring solutions align with business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a NetSuite administrator or business systems analyst.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.
• Familiar with SuiteBuilder; SuiteScript and SuiteTalk.
• Exposure to SuiteCloud Development Framework and version control systems (GitHub).
• Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as Fixed Assets and OneWorld is a plus.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with other financial systems or strong interest in learning.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Business Systems function at Greenlight.
• Configure automations and integrations that improve billing, AR, procurement, GL, and T&E operations.
• Contribute to Month End and Quarter End processes and improve workflows.
• Collaborate with global IT and Security teams to strengthen controls.
• Document system configurations and processes; ensure alignment with business goals.
