Job summary

MHI Talent Solutions is seeking a highly technical Business Systems Manager to own our NetSuite API development, integrations, and system administration. This role reports to the CTO and will drive modernization across financial, shipping, and supply chain tools across multiple locations, including an upcoming WMS rollout.

You will lead executive partnerships, manage core NetSuite setups, and guide multi-location deployment with a strong focus on scalability and due diligence in business

Qualifications

• NetSuite development, integration, and admin experience (4+ years).
• Experience building REST/SOAP APIs using JSON/XML formats.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication for executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain REST/SOAP APIs to integrate NetSuite with WMS, internal databases, e‑commerce, and 3PL systems.
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 scripts and SuiteFlow automation.
• Evaluate and implement new integrations and potential third-party platforms.
• Advise executives on NetSuite capabilities and optimization opportunities.
• Manage NetSuite administration including roles, permissions, dashboards, and reporting.
• Lead phased deployments, UAT, data migration, and post‑go‑live support.
