Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking an experienced field tester to service customers across Tennessee and the Southeast. You will test, inspect and troubleshoot LV, MV and HV switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays and cable, and document results.

You will perform NETA acceptance and maintenance testing, commission new equipment, and support outages and emergencies while mentoring Level I/II technicians on site.

Qualifications

• NETA Level II/III/IV certification required.
• 2–5+ years of field testing experience.
• Solid safety habits: LOTO, arc flash and NFPA 70E.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Test, inspect and troubleshoot LV, MV and HV switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays and cable.
• Perform NETA acceptance and maintenance testing, and document the results.
• Commission new equipment, and support outages and emergency calls.
• Lead and mentor Level I/II techs on site.
