Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced field-test technician to service electrical power systems across Tennessee and the Southeast. You will test LV/MV/HV switchgear, perform NETA acceptance and maintenance tests, commission new equipment, and support outages and emergencies.

You will lead and mentor Level I/II technicians on site, uphold strict safety standards (LOTO, arc flash, NFPA 70E), and travel up to 50% with a company truck and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• NETA Level II, III or IV certification.
• 2–5+ years of field testing experience.
• Solid safety habits: LOTO, arc flash and NFPA 70E.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Test, inspect and troubleshoot LV, MV and HV switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays and cable.
• Perform NETA acceptance and maintenance testing, and document the results.
• Commission new equipment, and support outages and emergency calls.
• Lead and mentor Level I/II techs on site.
