Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an experienced field service technician to test, inspect, and troubleshoot LV, MV and HV switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays, and cables across Tennessee and the Southeast.

You will perform NETA acceptance and maintenance testing, document results, and commission new equipment while supporting outages and emergencies. Expect travel up to 50% and opportunities to lead Level I/II techs on site with a company truck and full benefits including 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• NETA Level II, III or IV certification.
• 2–5+ years of field testing experience.
• Solid safety habits: LOTO, arc flash and NFPA 70E.

Responsibilities

• Test, inspect and troubleshoot LV, MV and HV switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays and cable.
• Perform NETA acceptance and maintenance testing, and document the results.
• Commission new equipment, and support outages and emergency calls.
• Lead and mentor Level I/II techs on site.
