Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking an experienced field tester to service customers across Tennessee and the Southeast. You will test and troubleshoot LV, MV and HV gear, document results, and support outages and commissioning on-site.

We value NETA certification, 2–5+ years of field testing, strict adherence to safety (LOTO, arc flash, NFPA 70E) and willingness to travel up to 50%. A clean driving record and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of field testing experience.
• Solid safety habits: LOTO, arc flash and NFPA 70E.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Test, inspect and troubleshoot LV, MV and HV switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays and cable.
• Perform NETA acceptance and maintenance testing, and document the results.
• Commission new equipment, and support outages and emergency calls.
• Lead and mentor Level I/II techs on site.
