Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to test, maintain, and troubleshoot LV, MV and HV electrical power systems across Tennessee and the Southeast, delivering hands-on service at customer sites.

The role involves NETA testing, commissioning new equipment, supporting outages and emergencies, mentoring Level I/II techs, and travel up to 50%. A company truck, full benefits and 401(k) match are provided.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of field testing experience.
• NETA Level II/III/IV certification required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and maintain rigorous safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Test, inspect and troubleshoot LV, MV and HV switchgear, breakers, transformers, relays and cable.
• Perform NETA acceptance and maintenance testing, and document results.
• Commission new equipment and support outages and emergency calls.
• Lead and mentor Level I/II techs on site.
