Saber Power Services seeks a skilled NETA Field Technician to join our team in Texas. This role involves testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high‑voltage substation equipment to ensure safety and reliability.

Certification and experience levels will place the candidate at Technician I through Senior Technician. The position requires strong electrical testing expertise, knowledge of NETA/IEEE/NFPA standards, and a commitment to safety while interfacing with clients and

Qualificações

• AAS in Electrical or Electronics Technology or equivalent HV industry experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of high voltage industry experience.
• NETA Certification (III, or IV) required.
• Broad knowledge of NEC, NESC, IEEE and ANSI standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Perform electrical testing, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting on HV equipment.
• Generate technical reports detailing services performed and recommendations.
• Represent Saber Power Services professionally with clients.
• Communicate project status and scheduling with management and crews.
• Maintain zero-tolerance safety standards on all tasks.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested by management.
