Qualifications

• 8+ years of advanced application development experience in Microsoft .NET Framework (MVC, C#).
• 8+ years of coding experience in .NET framework with MVC, C#, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• 6+ years of experience applying accessibility and security standards to custom applications.
• 8+ years of experience developing Oracle database applications, including stored procedures, performance tuning, and SQL.
• 4+ years of experience working in Azure DevOps, maintaining work items, and code management.

Responsibilities

• Orient to current applications, review code, documentation, and understand functional and business needs.
• Design and develop applications following DNR standards and best practices.
• Assist with database architecture, design, and maintenance.
• Provide application maintenance, support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Document testing using DNR-approved tools.
• Manage code, branching, and deployments through Azure DevOps.
• Participate in Agile meetings and provide input on estimates and timelines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for the solution.
