Red Hawk Technologies, through Productivity Pilot in Mason, Ohio, seeks a Senior/Lead Software Engineer with 20+ years of experience to guide modern cloud-native initiatives while mentoring teams.

You will transition from legacy Microsoft web architectures to AI-centric, cross-platform solutions deployed on Azure/GCP, and lead delivery with a focus on observability and quality.

Hybrid role – 3 days on-site in Cincinnati area, rest remote, with competitive compensation and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of professional software engineering experience, including leadership of engineering teams.
• Experience in established software product organizations, scaling software, and domain-driven design.
• Proven ability to guide technical design decisions and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to align technical implementations with product goals.
