Job summary

Red Hawk Technologies, through Productivity Pilot, is seeking a Senior/Lead Software Engineer to guide cross-functional teams in a hybrid role based in Mason, Ohio. You will mentor engineers, drive product delivery, and transition legacy Microsoft web architectures to cloud-native, serverless, AI-centric web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in software engineering, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with C#, TypeScript, Azure, and modern front-end frameworks.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience in scaling software, Domain-Driven Design, and user workflows.
• Strong design leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Proficient with C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams.
• Drive product delivery and architectural decisions.
• Develop microservices and cloud-native pipelines on Azure, AWS, GCP.
• Build modern front-ends with Angular and Vue, using .NET.
