Job summary

CI&T is seeking a Tech Lead (.NET) to guide our engineering team and drive the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of back-end services. You will mentor a multicultural team across Brazil, Colombia, the UK, and the USA, with all communications in English.

You will own the .NET stack (Framework and Core), ADO.NET, SQL Server, and API design (SOAP/REST), ensuring reliability, performance, and scalable patterns while fostering engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in production environments.
• Expert knowledge of .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Strong understanding of ADO.NET and SQL Server.
• Experience designing SOAP and REST APIs.
• Mastery of software design patterns and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical direction, architecture, and design patterns for back-end services.
• Oversee SOAP and REST API governance, versioning, security, and best practices.
• Ensure reliability and scalability through testing, monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
• Mentor senior and junior engineers; drive code reviews and engineering excellence.
• Oversee integration of legacy and modern systems with high performance.
• Lead CI/CD strategy to improve deployment velocity and safety.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-border teams to translate requirements into roadmaps.
