Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a .Net Technical Lead based in the United States for a hands-on leadership role designing, developing, and supporting modern .NET applications and APIs. You will guide engineers, own technical direction, and remain actively involved in coding while coordinating work and communicating progress to management.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with C# and .NET development including ASP.NET.
• Hands-on API development using C# and .NET.
• Practical experience with ORM frameworks such as Dapper or Entity Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (Web Apps, Functions, Blob Storage, Key Vault).
• Proven track record leading software teams or in a technical leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development initiatives while remaining hands-on in coding and delivery.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications and APIs using C# and .NET.
• Develop and support ASP.NET applications and backend services.
• Work with ORM frameworks to build data-access solutions.
• Design and implement APIs ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements.
• Leverage Azure services including Web Apps, Function Apps, Blob Storage, Key Vault.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates, risks, and outcomes to management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Contribute to technical decisions, code quality, and continuous improvement.
