Job summary

You will drive technical direction, review code, and partner with Product, DevOps, and Data Engineering teams to ensure reliable deployments and data quality. Strong leadership in Agile environments is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of professional application development experience.
• 5+ years with .NET Framework (4.6.2/4.8) and C#.
• Deep SQL Server experience; complex T-SQL & EF6 (Database-First).
• Willingness to maintain legacy Classic ASP/VBScript code.
• Experience with NUnit/xUnit and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
• Agile experience; Scrum or Kanban; lead/mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical direction and code reviews.
• Mentor onshore/offshore team partners and escalate complex issues.
• Diagnose and resolve production defects and perform minor enhancements.
• Maintain and support legacy Classic ASP/VBScript applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Infra/DevOps, and Data Eng teams on deployments.
• Maintain runbooks, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and knowledge bases.
