Job summary

Freshconsulting in Kent, WA is seeking an experienced software development leader to plan, coordinate and drive Enterprise Application Development initiatives across platforms. You will translate business requirements into scalable MS .NET solutions and provide technical mentoring to a distributed team.

You will set standards for architecture, design and development methodologies, oversee design, build, test and deployment, and ensure delivery schedules align with client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum ten years of development experience.
At least eight years in development leadership roles.
Experience with MS .Net technologies and enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

Lead Enterprise Application Development initiatives for clients.
Translate business requirements into integrated software solutions.
Set standards for architecture, design and development methodologies.
Drive development efforts across analysis, design, build, test and configuration.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the team.
Design, code, integrate, test and deploy application software.
Utilize middleware and best practices to enable enterprise architecture.
