Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, design, and support .NET web apps with SQL Server and Oracle.
• Review and analyze requirements; assess impact on existing processes and elevate risks to the project manager.
• Collaborate with development and implementation teams to support software changes; assist with release planning, validate deployments, and confirm successful implementation.
• Support all phases of the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing (UAT), deployment, and maintenance.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and test scripts.
• Document current and future processes, including workflows, process maps, and UI mockups.
