Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior .NET/SQL Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise apps with a strong focus on SQL Server, XML/XSD processing, .NET, and modern web tech. You will collaborate with stakeholders, DevOps, and production support to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

The role emphasizes T-SQL, XML handling, WCF/Web API, Angular front-ends, Azure IaaS, and secure coding practices.

Formación

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL development.
• Hands-on experience with XML data types, XQuery/XPath, and XSD design.
• Proven experience with C# and .NET Framework, including WCF and Web API.
• Experience with Angular (v15+) and TypeScript for front-end development.
• Strong knowledge of Git/GitHub workflows, CI/CD, and Jira Agile.
• Experience supporting Azure IaaS environments and release/change management.
• Knowledge of application security, including vulnerability remediation with tools like Snyk.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and optimize complex T-SQL stored procedures that parse, validate, and transform XML data against XSD schemas.
• Lead XSD migration initiatives, including changes to WCF services and Web API integrations.
• Develop and maintain Angular front-end features and Web API/WCF back-end components within a .NET Framework environment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and database designs.
• Prepare and manage change requests for deployments, including validated scripts for production data corrections.
• Partner with SRE and DevOps to build and maintain GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines and support Azure IaaS server patching.
• Remediate security vulnerabilities identified through Snyk and maintain dependencies.
• Create and maintain architecture, design, implementation, and operational documentation.
• Develop and execute unit tests using MSTest and support QA activities.
