Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking a Senior .NET/SQL Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise apps with a strong focus on SQL Server, XML/XSD processing, .NET technologies, and modern web development.

You will work with stakeholders, DevOps, and production support teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions in a remote US-based role. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Formación

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
• XML data types, XQuery/XPath, and XSD validation.
• Proven experience with C# and .NET Framework, including WCF Services and ASP.NET Web API.
• Experience developing modern web apps using Angular (v15+).
• Strong understanding of Git/GitHub workflows, CI/CD, and Jira Agile delivery.
• Experience in Azure IaaS environments and release/change management.
• Knowledge of application security practices and vulnerability remediation tools like Snyk.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and optimize T-SQL stored procedures that parse and transform XML data against XSDs.
• Lead XSD migration initiatives, including WCF and Web API integration changes.
• Develop Angular front-end features and .NET Web API/WCF back-end components.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions and database designs.
• Prepare and manage change requests for deployments with validated scripts for production data corrections.
• Collaborate with SRE/DevOps to maintain GitHub CI/CD pipelines and Azure IaaS patching.
• Remediate security vulnerabilities identified via Snyk and maintain dependencies.
• Create and maintain architecture, design, implementation, and operational documentation.
• Develop and execute unit tests using MSTest and support QA activities.
